Budget Friendly Valentine's Day Treats

I know that in the present economy, we're all trying to save where we can. Here's a quick and cost-effective way to let people know that you care on Valentine's Day without breaking the bank.

Buy a bag of Peppermint Patties. Use scrap carstock to punch two Scallop Circles. Stamp on a piece of scrap Whisper White cardstock and punch out with 1 1/4" Circle Punch. Adhere with SNAIL and you're done. Place a couple in a cellophane bag and tie a ribbon around it for a sweet treat bag. Adorable for Valentine's Day parties at school!
